Prices shown are the price you pay, unless individually specified. On almost all our products, there is no postage, shipping, handling or other costs within the UK mainland. We can accept payment in UK pounds, euros or US dollars. We aim to dispatch orders the same day, if your item has more than a 5 day delay we will notify you. Our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, that means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item we will issue a full refund ( excluding delivery costs and any administration charges). Refunds will be issued direct to the card holder within 7-10 working days.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on personal items due to hygiene such as bath products, eye masks and footsies wear the product has direct contact with the skin. unless the items are returned unopened unused.

Shipping Information

Overseas shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Overseas orders above £50.00, will unless extra insurance paid be dispatched via standard airmail, we strongly advise orders above this amount to contact us for extra insurance with tracking numbers as we will hold proof of postage but can not be held responsible for any losses occurred in transit.
