Regarding the amount of the substance in the bloodstream over a certain period of time, the area under the curve (AUC) over 6 hours can be considered. In this case, the liposomally encapsulated product covered an area approximately 47 times larger than that of the non-encapsulated product. This demonstrates a significant increase in the bioavailability of the substance in the bloodstream.
